Specialising in the Footscray area, Nguyen Real Estate is the brainchild of Kevin Nguyen. Kevin is the sole owner and director of the business, which he created in response to a gap in the property market in the inner western suburbs of Melbourne. He identified the Footscray area as being in need of a locally knowledgeable, locally specialised real estate service for buyers, sellers, renters and property developers.

The Nguyen Real Estate business concept is located in the hub of multi-cultural Footscray and we help owners, renters and developers benefit from the suburb’s close proximity to the CBD, public transport and Victoria University.
